My new resistance bands are perfect for my home workouts. I enjoy doing workouts with resistance bands and these are great for strengthening, stretching and body toning. I also love the travel bag that are great for vacations and office workouts.
This band is great for workouts. I love using it at my in home gym you can even attach it to doors. Very flexible and resistant
I love these bands. The quality is impressive and I love using them. However, the price is not cheap to start with. Add in shipping and handling to Canada and it's a hefty price tag. The real shock was when the UPS guy delivered the bands, and I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $50.00 customs brokerage fee. I'm not sure they are worth the total price.
