Very Disappointed

I am very disappointed in this product. I have ordered other pieces of exercise equipment from other companies that came with instructions or sample workouts. Since these exercise bands did not include any visuals or suggested ways to use them, they are sitting in a closet unused. For being advertised as a full body workout, I would have expected them to include ways to use them to achieve the full body workout. My busy schedule does not allow me the time to package them up and return them, so they were a total waste of money for me.

The fabric sleeve is genius!

I saw these in Real Simple and ordered immediately. The fabric is so nice and soft. It's even a little shiny which I like the look of. Overall really happy with the purchase!

These are so much more comfortable

The fabric covers really make a difference. I usually work out in a sports bra and I used to get red marks on my back from doing overhead presses with my old resistance bands. These are way more comfortable and I like how soft the handles are as well. I just got them so I’m not sure how well they’ll hold up, but so far so good!
